These Terms of Use govern your use of the This Day iOS app and related services provided by Raymond Kim (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using This Day, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The App

This Day helps you review photos and videos from prior years and decide what to keep or delete from your Photos library.

2. Subscriptions

This Day offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans, that unlock premium features.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • If you receive a free trial or promotional offer, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Premium Access

Premium features remain available only while your subscription is active. We may change, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing photos and videos before deleting them. Deletion actions may affect your Photos library, device storage, or iCloud Photos account. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you want to keep.

5. Privacy

Your use of This Day is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Apple Terms

If you downloaded This Day from Apple, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a custom agreement applies.

7. Disclaimers

This Day is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, or access arising out of or related to your use of This Day.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of This Day after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
